At Twisted H Esthetics, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure that all clients receive the best service possible, we have the following cancellation policy in place: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. • Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 35% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) and may be required to prepay for future appointments. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the 35% cancellation fee may apply. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, this policy helps me respect the time of my clients and myself.
